We're excited to share some updates on the progress of our GAMEBABY phone case, which has officially entered the pilot production phase. Throughout this journey, we've faced several design and manufacturing challenges, and we’d like to share how we overcame them to ensure the best possible product.

1. Material Selection:
   Our first challenge was finding the right material to capture the nostalgic essence of retro gaming controllers like the Game Boy. Standard TPU didn't evoke that classic feel, so we chose a high-quality plastic that brings back the iconic gaming experience as soon as you hold the case.
2. Structural Design:
   Designing the perfect shape and structure was another hurdle. A thinner case initially caused compatibility issues with button layouts and internal components. After multiple refinements, we struck a balance between functionality and comfort, achieving the ideal thickness that aligns with our vision.
3. Assembly Process:
   We encountered issues with clip designs and edge wrapping, which could affect how securely the case fit. After revisiting the design, we reinforced the clips and optimized the edges for both a snug fit and smooth installation, ensuring the case stays securely on your phone without any complications.

We’re thrilled to confirm that we have now moved into trial production, where we’ll continue refining the structure, appearance, and functionality to meet our standards. We’ll keep you updated as we progress.
